★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lower the class, worse and hopeless customer service I should not recommend to anyone to go and visit this place. Untrained mechanic doing COF. Please let him know that Suzuki Swift Hybrid do not need net at back for COF. Hire someone skilled and train them how to talk with the customer. I went to VTNZ Avondale and they passed my COF. I also showed the VTNZ letter for the same and the rude lady at reception told me to do it from them in a arrogant manner. I would recommend everyone to visit VTNZ Avondale instead of this testing station. An absolute waste of time and energy as theyade me to wait for 45 minutes.

VTNZ passed my COF. Recommend everyone to visit VTNZ instead of this testing station. Now owner replying but blocked me to reply. I visited your service station and shared feedback based upon my experience. But how you can say that vtnz do doggy cof. You guys are group of stupids i guess. Take care
