★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked in and job, done fairly quick however I was left a bit disappointed with the overall experience, after spending over $600 on some general maintenance work on my ute some of the parts were overpriced compared to other quotes, and they really need to work on their customer service with finishing early and after works drinks of more importance than serving the customer for them.

The new owners Nick and Alana are outstanding! Their communication and work ethic cannot be faulted! Found a fault with the car that 3 other mechanics said was fine ... it's a "Territory" thing ... just keep driving it. Great to deal with and will definitely going back and telling everyone i talk to that they should too ! Thanks team !!!

So i am very grateful and will definitely be going back to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest mechanic in here. I had car trouble, they not only stepped up and fixed the car, but they found it to be an easy fix, when they could have raked me over the coals. Instead it was a fair priced repair and he was a really nice guy too. I am now 100% using this shop as my mechanic in Tauranga. These small shops are disappearing I am so glad to have found one still around.
