Steve is the big boss and has been at OurCloud since its inception. A self-proclaimed geek, Steve is never happier than when he is solving complex IT problems. He now combines his technical expertise with running a tight ship and the occasional fishing trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were with Ourcloud for many years but we wanted a change in IT support only (we weren't happy with paying for every call when resolutions were rare - we usually solved out the issues ourselves afterwards). On one occasion, and employee lost access to his computer for 5 1/2 months while Ourcloud support tried to resolve an issue!
When we engaged another service for our on-site IT support, Ourcloud took exception, and wrapped up our fibre connections, phone services and cloud storage for all the different entities we had
We have had to rapidly change our 3 sites to another service provider as a result.
Go in with thoughts of what happens to your data if the relationship with the provider goes south.
