★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service at this place is horrible. There product is even worse. Spent $1100 on a vacuum that only lasted us 2 months. When i purchased the vacuum it was not complete, they took parts from other vacuums. There was also water sitting inside the tank. Must of been used.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is rubbish, sent emails to the local rep (Jared)who never got back to me after following up with a further email 2 weeks later. Rang their office and spoke to someone regarding my product inquiry who advised it would be best to send photos through to their sales team which was done the following day. It is now been 23 days with no reply even after a follow-up email.
