MAY 25TH AM: I PURCHASED MY ITEM ON TRADEME AND MY SELLER/SENDER LATER DROPPED MY LARGE PACKAGE OFF TO THESE PEOPLE TO COURIER TO ME IN WELLINGTON.
NO TRACKING NUMBER.
MAY 26TH: NO TRACKING NUMBER RECEIVED.
MAY 27TH AM: TRACKING NUMBER RECEIVED. MY PACKAGE WAS FINALLY PICKED UP BY A COURIER.
NOT HAPPY THAT THESE PEOPLE(WHO HAVE SUCH A GREAT CUSTOMER REVIEW) TOOK 2 DAYS TO ORGANIZE A COURIER PIKUP.

They managed all everything, from picking up safely in AKL to safe delivery here in Hamilton within 2 days! Well before my earlier requested date. Super friendly and helpful team and great price.

โ โ โ โ โ Rip offs!!.. charged me premium fees (states on website premium is overnight delivery); however didn't tell me until after package was picked up and money paid that instead of overnight delivery, I would not be expecting delivery for 5-7 working days, due to back log, etc, and said premium was currently being suspended due to it.. yet was charged premium fees (clearly states on my invoice). Should have charged standard delivery fees if that were the case. Had I been made aware of this prior to pickup, and payment.. I would have made other arrangements. Then said they would drop it back off to sender, and refund money. However, due to it coming to the Christmas period was unable to reorganize anything else. Wasted my time, and money. Had no other choice but to proceed, as we had no other way of getting items from the house they were at the day it was picked up from. Rude and unprofessional. Would never use them again!!..

โ โ โ โ โ Amazing freight forwarding service to use when NZ post is being absolutely useless! Highly recommend to start using pack and send instead. I sent a passport for overnight delivery and it arrived safe and sound at the embassy the next day as promised. I made the mistake of using NZ post courier overnight service for the return of my passport and it took over a week. Moral of the story always use Pack n Send for urgent and important deliveries!

I came with my toddler son and they even gifted him a little Pack&Send van, such an amazing customer service! Definitely would recommend P&S Manukau branch to my family and friends. Awesome job team?
