★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bar staff were great and very good at what they do, however the restaurant staff definately need training, birthday dinner table booked for 7pm people were at our table, had to wait for them to be removed, ordered our meals, had to go and pay at the bar as they don't have eftpos in the restaurant, no one told us we had to return to the restaurant with our receipt and hand it in to the staff, we sat down and an hour later 8 15pm half of us were still waiting for our meals, 8 30 and 2 of us were still waiting, 1 got her meal but no me, then I took my receipt up to the counter to prove I had paid only to be told you should have bought it up to the counter a long time ago. There is not anything on the wall or anywhere telling you what to do and the staff did not say anything to me either, the food was nice and enjoyable, but customer service and staff not knowing what was going on or what they were doing spoilt the evening totally.
Would think twice before going back there.
