I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a relaxing and surreal experience of the far north. Thank you so much for looking after our wedding party and mum so well. A++++++

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How can I give this less than 5 stars. We were on the twin coast cycle trail in grab 2019 when we discovered that nearby Paheke B and B house was built by my partner Robyn's great great grandfather. Robyn phoned the owners and we dropped in by agreement when no one was home. The house and grounds are beautifully maintained. We intend to return from Australia and stay for a few nights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolutely beautiful place to stay! My husband and I enjoyed 2 nights here and I didn't want to leave. Not only is the house and grounds stunning, our hosts looked after us beautifully and cooked us delicious breakfasts. Lovely clean and comfortable rooms too. We will definately be back Juen. Thankyou to you and your daughter for looking after us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful house with amazing garden and many old trees. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and gave great advice about seeing things in the area. I wish they lived nearby so we could be friends. The breakfasts were amazing. The weather was unusually hot, and we had booked a room with no AC, so they upgraded us to a bigger room with AC without us even asking. It was the nicest B&B experience my wife and I have had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: A truly delightful quiet retreat & impossible to fault. A wonderful well maintained historic building with great comfortable spacious bedrooms & generous ensuite bathrooms. The welcome from June & Anya was so good & both were a delight to interact with.The evening meal provided for 4 of us was five star & the breakfast hard to beat.One night was really not long enough & it was a great retreat from the twin coast cycle track.It was wonderful value for the very affordable price. We will have to return.. Negative: We didn’t like leaving!.
