★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales guy visited twice to provide a quote for gibstopping and painting. He was very quick to move things ahead which was positive. The quote was high comparatively but his professionalism made us optimistic about the service.
We accepted the quote and were told they'd schedule us but no one called with a follow up so I checked in after 4-5 days. The Scheduler needs significant coaching on interacting with customers. She was clearly annoyed I'd followed up on scheduling the work we would have paid them to do. Overall it was a dismal customer service experience. This was our first hint it wasn't going to work out with Zorite.
The Scheduler wouldn't provide a timeframe for when they'd schedule the work because they had a lot of different services they provide, making it clear our project was a low priority to the team. They're either so busy they don't need any new customers or the Scheduling team is extremely disorganized.
After waiting three weeks to hear back on scheduling we gave up and hired a different company who made arrangements right away. The company we hired quoted about 25% of the price Zorite. Overall, it's a blessing it didn't work out but a shame for the guy who did all the leg work (who was awesome).
