β β β β β Used to be my only grocery supermarket but now not so much. Don't have many NZ products, the fruit and vege poor quality, the general staff happiness seems to be missing.Prices the same as the other supermarkets. No "save" about it anymore.

β β β β β The staff are great, but i feel like paknsave doesn't care about what we customers want and need, the shelves are always empty and our usual products no longer exists in the store. Today I've started shopping at Countdown better selection of products and they have raw sugar.

β β β β β This place feels like a Costco or Sams Club back in the USA. They have everything for the camper or RV traveler. Ample parking lot too. It is packed, always! But the check out lanes go nice and smooth. I recommend all of the fresh fruit and mix and match trail containers. Feb 2020 for photos.

β β β β β This is my go to supermarket as they are the best in an expensive duopoly system that we currently have to live with! However with plenty of unstocked areas of certain items that are "so called specials" their service is not great especially when their competitors are well stocked in the same products. The sooner we have real competition the better!

β β β β β It's weird in Auckland you can go into paknsave with backpack but not here. My daughter doesn't use a handbag as it's uncomfortable as her left arm is undeveloped and she's missing the left hand so a hand bag puts too much strain on her left so opts to where a Kathmandu backpack everywhere she goes but was told by the security women today she wasn't allowed too yet I was allowed to wear my smaller leather pack back my daughter even offered that she could check her bag after but she refused... because mine is deemed more of a handbag yet my daughter who based on her disability uses hers as such can't have hers we decides to do our $230 shop at countdown instead due to their lack of compassion and double standards.

β β β β β Not a pleasant place to shop . Scruffy industrial warehouse surroundings and atmosphere both inside and outside. Not helped by constant blare of so called music , even staff spoken to do not like cacophony. Price labels often, particularly on lower shelves , not readily visible or readable . Has been in constant decline since recent change of ownership . It appears that competent , knowledgeable older staff have been replaced by inexperienced very young people with no customer relationship training . I presume this was another cost cutting measure at the expense of customer shopping experience and satisfaction .
