I would like to give to a big shout out and a huge thanks to Shannan and Atoy at the Pakuranga library as they have been exceptional in displaying their professionalism and excellent customer services has been very well received and so this is small msg to say that you both work hard and yr hard work has not gone unoticed so well done to Shannan and well done to Atoy you both have made a huge difference in hw you both help customers and extend yr knowledge to resolving general enquiries is second to none. Thankyou both and job well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location. Friendly & knowledgeable staff on site. Neat tidy & extremely well cared for. Everything in its place! Safe & comfortable temperature indoors. Good seating options too. So much to read! They also have J of Peace on certain days, that's a truly great service! One of my favorite places especially on a rainy day, very nice to just sit & read there. Well decorated & bright & well lit. Beautiful glass windows. Well recommended to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. I called up to check JP service timings and the person on the phone refused to give any details even though she knew. What if someone doesn’t know how to use internet, will they still give this sort of answer? I suggest you ask your staff to be polite and give information while they are on call
