β β β β β Absolutely lovely caring staff. Sadly the place is in need of some serious TLC. Very old building falling apart, owners haven't cared for it at all. Garden is a mess, hasn't been maintained.Made me feel sad for the elderly people as they have no where nice to sit and admire the garden. My three starts are for the staff who actually deserve 5 stars. They were kind and caring to my dad when he stayed there.
