★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communication is terrible amongst the staff members.. We had to constantly nag for more information on our products. Laminate flooring was done however had some issues which we were unable to sort. Nil follow up was made to sort out the issue. I would not recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service! Excellent products (Hydrocork and Esprit by Cavalier Bremworth) for new build. Was not the easiest of times to arrange and organise installation for a new build, but Kate was obliging and amazing to work with, as the whole team. Professional installation of products with no damage or scuffing of walls, all care was taken. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right from the showroom to the final product, the team at Midway flooring Xtra have been incredible. My installers Keegan and Matt went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough for all the extra effort that they had to go to, to ensure that that my flooring was finished to the most professional level. There were unforeseeable complications in my old house that made it a difficult job, but at every point I was made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. To Ray, Tom, Keegan and Matt; thank you for everything. I love my new floors!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communication issues. unsatisfied with the insulation had gaps between the vinyl planks one of the planks were not glued properly after days of waiting had to do it myself..No follow up was made won’t recommend this guys at all ??
