★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to enjoy and play in the cool Pandora pond waters. Many lifeguards, so very safe for kids to have a ball. Trampoline on water and slides free!!!! Very cool. Beautiful weather here in Napier today!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and accommodating. Set the kids up quickly with a good level of training, then kept a close, in-water eye on them as they got comfortable. Good pricing and equipment etc

Have tried contacting numerous times over the last few months, I even offered to help run the place(via text) if they were having staffing issues, when I finally got in contact I was told they would be open the following day. So I prepared my kids for a nice day out only to arrive the next day to find them closed yet again. 3 times my kids have had there hopes up only to be disappointed. We won't be bothering to try again. USELESS!

There is no lockers to put your valuables which would have been useful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, nice (knowledgeable) and relaxed. good to have the flexibility to extend the time and swap between kayak and paddleboard for second hour (two hours total). They have somewhere you can change and there are public toilets, showers and change space very close.
