★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Papanui Podiatry a couple of years ago and received great service but this time trying to get someone to get back to me has been non existant, on the 18/01/21 I emailed the reception email off the website to get another appointment due to my pronating ankles and no one got back to me. A week later I called them and left a message on their answering machine and its now been 2 weeks and still no reply. Extremely disappointed at this as they are the closest Podiarty clinic near me. Looks like il be going elsewhere.

Ian has helped myself, 4 year old daughter and husband with our varying degrees of feet issues.
Ian is fabulous with children and extremely professional and friendly.
Initially I saw another podiatrist, and didn't get half the information, exercises, home care and help as I did from Papanui Foot Clinic.
