★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is really awesome and so much fun for ice skating. If you do the group booking it is even much cheaper. You can just walk in and enjoy the skating. The ice skating shoe they provide are okay and some of them are not in good condition. They also have a nice cafe to get hot or cold drinks and some snacks, which is open till 10 pm on weekends. Plenty of place to seat for those just along with kids or family and don't want to ice skating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great fun. Music good and lights dim as the night goes on. Would have been 5* but for the person in the cafe place. Waited no joke about 8 mins for a drink with no one waiting our side. Would gladly go again

Could be improved with better music and switching skating directions so that people aren’t always skating anticlockwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our son’s birthday here in the weekend opting for the skating and laser strike package. The venue is nice, laser strike is very short (read the fine print) and the service we received was horrible! The only communication we received was the initial email when we booked outlining the itinerary. I didn’t mind as I expected that the service would be better on the day.
Firstly, on arrival the lady in the front counter seemed annoyed with standard questions re our event. Secondly, my husband had to help the staff member clean up the previous party so our kids could go into the room on time.
The children’s food arrived late and I had to approach staff to follow up on the adults platters?? This post would not be up if we had received decent service! However we spent $600+ and it was definitely not worth it, in comparison to other venues we have used. It would have been helpful if there was a designated event person for parties to avoid waiting in the public queue, provide good customer service and not be annoyed at general birthday queries!
