★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had got keratin done from this salon , after the three day wash my hair were still in bad state. It’s not that I got keratin done for first time , I am well aware that it’s different from permanent straightening , however the health of the hair should improve. When I sent the picture to the owner , instead of addressing my issue she is asking me to google about the treatment. I think she is not aware that customer comes with a knowledge when it comes to spending money. Horrible experience and I am so disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend coming here, it’s sad that I spent my hard earned money in this salon. Got hair treatment done from here and it’s not the first time that I was doing it.she charged me three times more than normal price for products that she gave me and told me this is the standard price but when i checked price at JC Hair auckland then i came to know that i paid way too much, now i’m feeling sooo bad that i trusted her….very worst experience .. Pari has no knowledge how the treatment works she overheated my hair and made them worst for ever. ❌❌❌ BIG NO

I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
They are horrible. Pari is really rude and doesn’t even apologise for her mistakes. I went to her to get make up done for my graduation ceremony which I had booked an appointment for and she didn’t even show up to the appointment and didn’t even bother to apologise or own the fault.
Just gave silly excuses and tried to put the fault on me.
Thanks to her ill mannered behaviour my whole day was spoiled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First experience in an salon ... As I usually get my sister to do my hair she is in hair dressing and a professional... Anyway as we got in the salon it was just poor customer service from the start ? I had gotten a permanent hair straighten and one lady had started on my hair .. she applied first chemical onto my hair .. (suppose to wait 30mins) then wash it out .. but as one of the other ladies Paris d had told the previous lady who was doing my hair to leave it in for an extra 10mins .. It began to sting my sculp and I was awfully auk ward to speak up until later ... After that there was drama between the workers and miss communication between them ....
One lady said come into the salon the next day to get hair washed then the other lady said no wait 2 to 3 days until washing so I was awkwardly confused ?
Overall bad experience and do not recommend....
Although I feel like they are not professionals Damaged my hair a lot
I have damage on the roots of my hair so please don't be afraid to speak up and tell them what's wrong and going on really don't recommend to be quit honest
Update on my hair its falling out and I have bits of hair in different places coming out I'm so depressed right now because my hair is my everything and we'll to be quit honest don't even know I'll have any soon or later... It's only been a week since I've gotten permanent straightening ..... I don't think I'll trust anyone to do my hair again!
Just a word of advice to the salon
If you don't know what you are doing then leave it alone !!!!!!!!!!!
don't recommend anything from this shop ! And that's to the T

Even after that no appologies. prices are not charged as showing in tik tok vidoes. Lady will carry out the extra procedure without any explanation of procedure and will charge you at last.Had keratin for 135 dollar as vidoes says it's including hair cut but it's not paid 45 dollar extra. Never going to visit again.

Got Permanent hair straightening on Wedneaday, was adviced to come back after 2- 3 days as they will do hair spa and wash , So i came back on sunday , waited 45 minutes , Pari didn't want to help me and instead asked another team member (who is busy with beauty services) to just wash my hairs , There were no customers for hairs at that time and i was the only one , I said i got my booking in Rotorua , no conisderation ! she was sitting outside while i was waiting to get Spa and hair wash (despite having a booking). I was so excited to get my hairs done after watching her Tiktoks , I didn't ask for anything extra it was all included in the permanent haier straightening Procedure . I got so disappointed and left the place without being attended . Got her call after i walked out which i found is another waste of time !
I found this place highly expensive , but could be worth if i got the results and a fair teatment , poor customer service , waste of money and my time.
