★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice Plage special vego pizza and mojito while lazing about in the last of the Sun's rays. Lots of families taking advantage of the weather and many small children running around wearing themselves out before bed. A perfect end to a Summer day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paris Plage is one of the most beautiful, relaxing spots to have a wee drink and a bite to eat in New Plymouth -- don't miss it if you're visiting. They're child-friendly, the pizza is delicious and I've found them really attentive with my food intolerance issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fairly disappointing. My partner and I ordered a Milkshake each, which with the 15% holiday surcharge was over $8 a piece.
The milkshakes (caramel and strawberry) were very basic, small, not cold enough (barely below room temperature). I left feeling a bit ripped off, especially with the holiday surcharge which places like this seemingly use to gouge customers.
