Plumbing Services

$99 Per Hour + GST + any materials used for the job. All time relating to the job including picking up, crediting, removal of waste and travel time is all chargeable time. GPS recording and recorded vire our online application.

Gasfitting Services 

$109 Per Hour + GST + any materials used for the job. All time relating to the job including picking up, crediting, removal of waste and travel time is all chargeable time. GPS recording and recorded vire our online application.

Roofing Services

Under the health and safety laws roofing is to be carried out by two tradesman at all times this can be costly however is required for danger and safety reasons. 

$99 per hour per tradesman + GST + any materials used for the job. All time relating to the job including picking up, crediting, removal of waste and travel time is all chargeable time. GPS recording and recorded vire our online application.

Drainage Services

$99 Per Hour + GST + any materials used for the job. All time relating to the job including picking up, crediting, removal of waste and travel time is all chargeable time. GPS recording and recorded vire our online application.

Drain Unblocking Services 

Unblocking – $225 + GST per hour. 

Unblocking and CCTV – $350 + GST per hour 

Vehicle Zone Charges

Zone 1 is $25 + GST The total Mileage Fee may vary depending on how far away your property is from our base in Onehunga and North Shore. The Mileage Fee increases by $5 + GST per zone. Office can confirm this with you. 

After the first hour, you are charged per 15-minute intervals for Labour at the rate of Plumbing/Roofing/Drainage $99/ Gas $109 + GST per hour. We monitor our Plumbers via GPS so we can ensure the times recorded are correct. 

Time

The time recorded starts when we commence travel to your property and finishes when we either start the next job or travel back to our workshop base area. This would depend on how far we have to travel to get to your job if it’s local or outside our first zone fee.

Materials 

If we are required to source additional parts specific to your job, there is a one-off charge of $15 + GST. You will also be charged for the time taken to source these, including the time to drive and collect fittings for your job.

24 hour Call Outs 

Emergency after-hours call outs: Any jobs are undertaken outside our business hours (Monday – Friday 730 – 5.00) are charged at $160 + GST per hour minimum 2 hours + GST + any materials used for the job.
