I had 2 treatments for my right knee (miniscus) and have not had any pain for 2 years. Sometimes I like to have a session to 'balance' me if Im feeling 'out of sorts'. Thank you Paula. You really are a marvellous Woman and Therapist.

I was so amazed by the results and gentle therapy that I had a total of four sessions. Once my neck healed (mostly after the second session) I asked Paula to help my running by working on my legs, ankles and feet. Booking future sessions was an easy decision to make as I felt better and better after each treatment. Now my whole body feels great. Thank you so much Paula.

Each time, after a 90-minute combined massage and Bowen Therapy treatment, I felt amazing and the next day had a full range of movement. Paula is amazing!
