Do not have the capacity to prioritise jobs other than the order they come in, fair enough for existing customers, but monopolising on being one of the only options in town for those stranded from out of town... Still charged me a large sum of cash for labour without getting me any closer to being on the road or considering what they cost me in time (DAYS) waiting around for them. During my experience I found communication terrible and frustrating. On top of which, panel damage was cause to my vehicle which was not owned up to. BEWARE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks for a great job guys! My car was checked for an issue with it not starting properly or at all some days. I was well informed about the problem and it was rebooked and fixed in a timely manner and I received a verbal and detailed report of what the issue was and what caused it. Couldn't ask for better service than that! The professionalism of the technicians was awesome and a big thanks to the lovely office ladies for going above and beyond ?
