Our Buildertrend engagement software operates across all our building projects – custom design and build, house and land packages, and set house plans. You will be able to follow your home build every step of the way, online – from approving initial drawings, to construction, to moving in date!
How you track your build is exclusive to you. We provide you with your own secure access and webpage with all build details: photos of construction progress, a build schedule, options to approve variations and access to important documents. There’s even a communication tool so you connect with our team around-the-clock, no matter where you are.

After a year of living in our lovely home, we reflect on the high standard of construction and professional manner in which the company's employees went about the sale, guidance, planning and building of the home through to completion. There were regular updates and communication with us throughout the build by the Project Manager and recently Pennys conducted a one-year-on inspection and put plans in motion to have corrections put right. These were very minor in nature. We highly recommend Penny Homes to anyone considering building a new home that is precise in the initial quote provided for the build and for the friendly, worry-free approach conducted by the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penny homes have done a most excellent job with our beautiful home. This was our first home build and they made the whole build process very easy and comfortable. Clear communications between us, the project managers and the office. Our house is slightly larger than the average home and we feel that Penny Homes pulled out all the stops to make this house a masterpiece. All contractors that were used were highly skilled and seemed happy to be working on our site. Considering the delays we had with Covid lockdowns and limited build supplies they still managed to finish the house within an acceptable timeframe. We are very happy with our new home and look forward to build another home with Penny Homes in the future.
