โ โ โ โ โ WORST PRINTING COMPANY EVER. Got plant care labels printed, they did not inform us the type of printing we used would fade, as the "professionals" they should let their customers know. Plus to make matters worse, after I complained, they THEN tell us that the labels should be used indoors only, knowing full well that these would be used indoors/outdoors.
We have only used the labels indoors and within a day, they have faded dramatically. Perfection Print, don't blame your mistakes on your customers, really bad move. Expensive, unprofessional, and lied to us to get money. My advice, AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Nice response 5 YEARS after we made this complaint. Here you are lying again saying that we complained 2 years after the job, when actually we brought this issue up a week after we received the final products when they started fading (I can post photos of the emails I sent and when the jobs were completed if you like!) We showed you samples of the issues and yet you still didn't refund or respond - so please stop pretending you tried to help sort out any problems, you just said it wasn't your problem and ignored us.
But don't worry, we don't expect another response from you for another 5 years, wishing you all the best for your future ?
