★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an old broken galvo waterpipe in a very tricky place, Peter Diver Plumbing arranged for a specialist leak finder to come within 24 hrs and pinpoint the leak which happened to be under the foundation of our garage and within 48 hrs we had an expert plumber arrive and give us a very tidy and cost effective solution. We now have a new waterpipe in a better location and some other old problems resolved. Couldn't be happier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience with this company, repaired a leaking water pipe on our driveway but the repair only lasted a short while, so we used another plumber who successfully fixed the problem. As well as the plumbing repair not being up to standard, neither is their office admin, 3+ months later they rang to ask why we hadn't paid the bill which they'd sent to an address we hadn't lived in for 5+ years. It's not rocket science to check a billing address when scheduling a job and it's surely not too much to expect them to fix the problem first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly I've had to amend my previous 5-star review for these guys. Be very careful folks. INSIST on getting a quote from them (a trades person can always quote no matter what they tell you) and negotiate that "variation" to the quote will be either discussed upfront or at the contractor's expense. Word on the street is that Diver's quote low and invoice high due to "variance" ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called Peter Driver Plumbing to come and check a leak pipe and 1 person came to check and gave us a quote of $253. We we said its too expensive. After they guy left he did not mention anything about outside hours cost and ofcourse this was around Easter Holiday period. After 2 and half months time we kept receiving calls from 4 different cellphone numbers. So unprofessional handled claiming that we owe them and outstanding fee of $253 for no service being done.
Also very racist company saying that “Jacinda will be for our fees because of refugee.” Very appalled at the people at Peter Driver plumbing. I have been here living in NZ for 20 years and this was my first incident that happened , i am gobsmacked. Now they have send this bill through to Debt collection. $ 322.
Anyone in the future please double check your facts with them so you don’t get charged for nothing.

Fed up with with a great disparity between the hot and cold water pressure in our shower, I called Peter Diver on Tuesday this week and within an hour-and-a-half of his visit to our home two days later, Colin (plumber) had replaced two worn valves in our water cylinder which immediately produced vastly improved hot water pressure in our shower, bathroom and kitchen taps.
As a result of the excellent service provided by Peter Diver - I would, without a moment's hesitation highly recommend this company.
