I found my celebrant when I hired Phil Harris. He is a celebrant who looks after Marriage Celebration in Kaiapoi and offers other services like Funeral Celebrant service in Kaiapoi. Any event is important and without proper arrangement, the event can go dull. Phil made my day, his arrangements for my daughter’s wedding was excellent and entertaining. Thanks Phil.
