★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service. They lie to people, telling you there are delays with your order because of couriers etc., when in fact they don't actually stock a lot of products they sell, but have to get them in after customers order them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here today and asked them to price match another pharmacy as per the price promise on their website. Came across two particularly rude and bolshy members of staff who tried to use plenty of excuses as to why they didn’t have to do it. One commented “Why don’t you just go to the other pharmacy”. If you don’t like price matching why have such a policy?! These staff members could benefit from some customer service training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank Louise, in customer services, for her prompt assistance. Goods I had ordered arrived damaged. I went straight to her and I had a reply in less than 24 hours and it has all been sorted for me. Really impressed. I have been using a product, they sell, for sometime now, and this is the only time I ever had an issue and it was sorted so fast. :) I even had products get to me during the lockdowns too.
