To start, no one was at the reception desk upon arrival, so sat there until someone came out to check their appointments, secondly and most disappointingly, the person who attached my lashes left traces of glue that was visible to see and the left eyelash was not attached fully, totally and absolutely disgusted in the poor unpleasant and unprofessional service. NO THANKS TO Bree!

The setup was just mesmerizing, staff were very approachable, music was on-point, the hair-wash almost put me to sleep (with a great head massage), and I love my new haircut! I have found a new hairdresser who treated me with grace, very genuine and absolutely lovely :) thanks so much Sylvia, Breeze and team!! I'm looking forward to my VIP membership and future cuts with you guys.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND GREAT V.I.P packages suited to your needs. Love it!!

Thank you for today, can't wait to be back in the chair for Jennifer's hair wash massage ? lobe seeing you grow & do new things to help the team deliver, also Breeze for letting me & my daughter take a tour in your style room, it was the sign & couch teddies for me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ another 5 stars.
