★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The landscaping center (part of Phoenix Construction) is the only place in the Hawkes Bay I could find that takes clean fill - bricks, concrete, etc ($35 for a trailer load). Staff are very helpful and always give me hand unloading, lend you a shovel, etc.
