★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maisie Kilner helped me move and use my left wrist again after I injured it carrying my baby. She used multiple techniques such as soft tissue massage, mild exercises and encouraged ice compress on my swollen wrist. She was very considerate of my situation and even offered that I could bring bubba on my sessions. She made my take home exercises easier by sending me a copy of the exercises via email. When I couldn't physically come, Maisie would ring to check on me and would alter the exercises if needed. I could say she is an experienced and knowledgeable physiotherapist because she always answers all of my questions and because of my progress. I am lucky to be a patient of hers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Through this board, I would like to share my experience with - Maisie Kilner, Physiotherapist from Physio Connect (Wairau).
I would like to state that Ms. Maisie carries the best service and is excellent in her profession. The staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to family and friends.. Ms. Maisie well informed me about my problem in depth, not only explained proper exercise I need to do but also stimulated deep tissue massage sessions which really made me felt better.
Not to mention - the positive vibes and smiled are complimentary. Cheers!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maisie has been looking after both me and my wife, both of us with shoulder injuries. She has been very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our recoveries are coming along nicely. We highly recommend anyone looking at some Physio, to give Maisie a call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Mercy from May 2021 for rupture of the Achilles tendon. I started at Milford branch now Wairua. Every week's session is fun and effective for my injury. She chooses the exercises suit me the most and push me hard to improve, I can see myself getting better week by week. Thank you Mercy for your dedicated hard work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maisie is a fantastic physiotherapist. She really got into the root of the problem and suggested large variety of ways/tools to improve my health. I highly recommend her services. She is professional, easy to communicate with and very patient-focussed. If (when) I get injured again, I know who to call to get me back up and running!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started seeing Mercy at the Milford PhysioConnect branch from the onset of my injury in April and have continued seeing her now she is at the Wairau branch. When I began treatment, my ankle was about three times the size it was supposed to be and I had damaged almost every single ligament (my big toe was fine!).
Mercy has helped me return to the things I love to do, like rock climbing, and also just being able to stand on both my feet (which I couldn't do because of how badly I injured my ankle, oops). I felt very assisted the entire time under her treatment and found that she was effective in letting me know what I needed whilst also listening to what I wanted in my recovery.
Highly recommend!

I followed Mercy to Wairau PhysioConnect when my ankle had limited range of motion and lack of strength from limping around. Mercy and Phoebe were very friendly and offered all options suited for my ability to help me recover. Thanks to Mercy and Phoebe my ankle came back right and I had no trouble wearing heels for a friend’s wedding day ? Thank you!!
