I was greeted warmly by the physio and she talked through my treatment options. She was super professional and knowledgable. I couldnt be happier with the service I received. Not only do Shakeela and Tim keep me moving, they have also gone above and beyond by sending me exercises, which I have now incorporated into my training program, to help prevent future injuries. Highly recommended!!!!

I could tell she genuinely cared about getting them ready and had so much good advice while also following up after the race. Love going to these guys. Thanks Physio Zone βΊοΈ

β β β β β I love going to physio zone, Shakeela is one of the physios there and she is loving and caring plus she is determined in helping you recover from your injury! I injured both my knees and normally would take ages to recover and heal, but by seeing Shakeela my healing progress has been sped up and I feel more confident when I need to use them. The place is peaceful, full of light and feels like your at home. I would strongly recommend Physio Zone if you have an issue with your body, because I can guarantee youβll be receiving the best treatment possible.
