★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is useless, first the guy I spoke to cant even get my email address right and I wait and and wait and then call back to give it to him again and he still cant grasp it over the phone. He then repeats the time back to me to confirm but quotes the wrong day so I had to tell him what the appt time was. I then have to wait to hear from them on the quote as they dont call me and then when I call to find out I get told I will get the quote within an hour and still nothing, no thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had them install insulation on a new build. Quality of install is abysmal. They have every excuse known to man. They may be competitive, however the grief and the workmanship is not worth the hassle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just installed a premier air unit in our house in southland as it is a 1960’s house with wooden windows and was getting a lot of condensation and dampness. Ever since we have had it running we have had no condensation at all and it works well at spreading the heat evenly through the house. Cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge thanks to James Parker and the Premier Insulation Team for the swift action taken in arranging for Dion and his Koolmakers Team to install our newest family friend – our Gree! Our Dining room has been instantly transformed into what I’m sure will become the most popular spot in the house in both winter & summer. It’s so well priced and the quality makes it such good value. Our kids love coming to breakfast without their house robes and slippers on - Nice and toastie. We should have done it sooner.
Secondly, I wanted to convey how impressed I was with Dion and his team. I’ll share with you too, that I was cheeky enough to ask Dion (when interviewing prospective staff) if he asks them to undertake some sort of polite-ness test because his two installers were so well mannered and respectful. They’re the sort of guys you instantly build a friendship with. The only sad thing is that we’ll probably never see them again. They were a pleasure to have in our home. The other thing is that they were so punctual and tidy and that goes for all of them. I’ve often been mucked around by service agents which can be really annoying. Dion and the installers were way different. They honoured the times they said they’d be here. Such a refreshing change! Top Notch! Please pass on my acknowledgements to them and Dion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner found Premier Insulation through word of mouth and booked them after competitive quotes and speaking with a very helpful, friendly and knowledgable person on the phone. We arranged for the company to come and install roof insulation in our rental property. Our tenants were not at home during the installation and this is where it all went WRONG. Our tenants were left with not only a mess to clean up from dirty boots or shoes tramped through the house but urine left on the toilet seat. But even WORSE was the fact that our tenants found items STOLEN. After we let Premier Insulation know this had happened they did pay for the items but PLEASE BE AWARE that this happened. It was very distressing thing for our tenants let alone for us to have been the ones that booked the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry but no stars! I never started this job as the salesperson Brett killed it! If you use these guys make sure you don’t get this guy, he never stops talking, he’s constantly upselling and blowing his trumpet, he doesn’t listen to anything one requires for the job, plus he constantly lies. He tried to sell me glass wool but went on to say if I wanted polyester it would be exactly the same price, when I asked for polyester the next morning he upped the price $300. I told him many times I wanted the existing pink batts to be folded back down where electricians over the years had moved some areas, when I asked after the quote was supplied was that in, he said no and then added another $200. He then sends me another quote, no less than 4 in total trying to upsell the under floor to a higher R rating for another $300, I told him to stop! He told me he would email a report about ventilation, I asked and asked for it, he never did. In the end I couldn’t stand the lies and talk talk talking over you, it’s totally exhausting! I told him to go away as I don’t want to use him for the job, he continued to email me…. I told him 3 times to stop emailing me and if he didn’t I would report him to his company, he said report me and that I clearly have a problem and should seek medical help. I would never have written this, but this salesperson Brett killed this job, don’t allow him in your home, you will regret the day you did. I can’t say anything bad about the company even though there are a number of bad reports here, however this guy should not be seen by the public. He was at my home for no less than 90mins, ask me if he inspected the ceiling or under the house to assess the existing insulation or to check the job, you guessed it, the answer is NO, even though access is easy, I think lazy.

Not only was the original telephone inquiry handled professionally, but the follow up service details, ie making an appointment to view the job, a full explanation of the product available for use and an approximate price range was all executed with speed, professionalism, and very importantly, a courteous manner.
The quote received was very competitive, and the contract was carried out on the day appointed without delays or any other type of problem.
Importantly, the contract was implimented at a time which was crucial in the building program, their services were brought forward to accommodate a pressurized time requirement, and completed on time.
I would recommend this Company fully, their service after completion regarding the required paperwork was again professional and the management and associated employees all worked harmoniously to achieve a very positive experience and outcome.
