I was made aware of how to increase my chore strength and the satisfaction I gained from the workouts, which involved lenghtening and stregthening the muscles. I've always been very keen on posture, balance and flexibility and practising Pilates gives me the confidence that I will continue to remain mobile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pilates lab was a life saver for my bad knees. Mary is so knowledgeable! Given it's a small boutique studio it's almost like having a one on one instructor. She suited every move to my injury . And for the first time ever (after years of sports and yoga) - she taught me how to use my core properly. Highly recommend her!
