★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thoroughly enjoy my beginner classes with Kate she gives excellent guidance and instruction for everyone in class. The equipment is all provided and good bathroom/change facilities. I feel I have improved so much after almost 2 terms and can see and feel the results!

My strength, posture and understanding of how my body works have all improved because of the classes. It is a lovely studio with great teachers and a welcoming, calm atmosphere. Highly recommend
