Me because she had headphones in, she did not hear what I said, and was overall quite rude. Don't think I'll be back anytime soon. :/

EDIT - addressing the owners feedback, i personally am not a smoker nor have i ever bought cigarettes from them. i find it highly insulting they assume all bad reviews are people expecting free products instead of offering actual feedback on their poor service.
