★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought the Megarad recently as it had a rating of 21kw sight unseen. It was recommended by friends. We had been very disappointed with our previous wood burner from a well known brand. When it arrived we thought we had overshot the size as I'm sure we could cremate bodies in it it was so big. Several weeks on with very cold weather it heats our cold 1960's 400+sqm 2 storied home fabulously. Sometimes I complain the house is too warm and the fire has been on damper much of the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted a bench fire, there was only one on the market by another provider which we did't like. We asked Metro to modify this one from their range , which originally is manufactured on a pedistal. We are absolutely thrilled with it, it has been finished beautifully.
Metro worked with us and our plumber who installed it, to ensure we had the look we wanted as well as met all code of compliance specificatons.
very highly recommend Metro.
