★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great value for money. Very kind and polite people to deal with. Only thing is I don't think my mirrors were wrapped up, but everything arrived safe and sound at the other end. My mattress was very well wrapped up in plastic, and the mover undid my bed for me which was an extra bonus. Thank you very much and would definitely use again.

Their communication with me was excellent, they were a pleasure to deal with. On top of all these attributes their pricing was also very good. They were very careful with all our belongings and made sure we were happy before moving on to their next location. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Pioneer Solutions to move our household effects from Auckland to Canterbury with a detour via Tauranga to relocate some business items. The guys were outstanding and I highly recommend them. The men arrived on time and loaded their truck with mind boggling strength, skill and stamina. All of our key pieces were wrapped in heavy blankets, beds/mattresses were wrapped in large plastic bags, odds and ends like stereo speakers etc were all placed in boxes (which I wasn't really expecting). After some 17+ hours drive time (probably much more for a truck) the stuff arrived and was unpacked in exactly the same manner. We moved a lot of items taht could easily damage: For example surfboards, guitars, bikes, stereo gear, paintings, mirrors.... and all of it arrived without a scratch.
Great communication from Justin too - very easy to reach at any time on his cell phone to iron out any details of your move. I got three quotations and Pioneer Solutions was comfortably the best. Great value, highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys moved us from north to south island, stored our stuff for a couple of months then delivered it from Christchurch to North Canterbury. Everything arrived in great condition & the removal team worked incredibly hard & still remained cheerful. Justin accomadated a late notice change in moving date, our plants were a little late but this was a small niggle in an overwhelming positive experience with this company. Would highly recommend them, and would like to say thank you for making the whole process bearable.
