β β β β β Ordered the Limo via contactless delivery from the Claudelands store to Riverside Road today 08.03.2022. When it arrived it was obvious that the delivery guy dropped it as the pizza was squashed at one end. I tried to ring them directly but couldn't get through to complain. Not happy at all.

β β β β β There standards have dropped. The pizzas were cut unevenly. Waited for 30min for my 2 pizzas due to staff not calling out customer names and I was practically standing inside the entrance the entire time while I was waiting for my order. Either their under staffed or they don't care about their customers or service.

β β β β β Unprofessional rude staff. They told me my order will be ready in 2 min. I waited 10 then asked what the wait time is, they ignored my question. Then asked again and the staff member lazily replied that the wait time is 25 min. Why the hell do you make people waste their time?!
Also COCKROACHES feel themselves at home on cooking area! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

β β β β β Very poor service. Hardly any toppings on the pizza, I don't understand why you would cut the amount of toppings it doesn't save the company money but it sure as hell rips off the customer. We were also missing BBQ swirl and the periphery sauce on out pizzas. And a large fries seeks to have downsized to a tiny box.
Disappointed ? this is why we go to dominos Davies corner. Dunno why I thought this pizza hut would have gotten better. It's just gotten worse.

β β β β β Good customer service By Jas Today , experienced bad customer service on thursday by shift manager , given bad quality food and didnt solve the problem upon complaint , returned the food ,wasted 15-20 of time , thanks to Jas for trying to sort it out but looks like the food quality is not as good as use to be , cheese is so rubbery that is not eatble , just had little the rest is going to bin unfortunately . feeling bad for Pizza Hut's reputation .
