β β β β β Glenfield,wairau store is the worst pizza hutt on this planet,pizza was cold and chips soggy!!ordered delivery service and pizza arrived 1hour 55minutes after paying online,not impressed!!staff were rude and lied about the delay he would be. not compassionate,there was no apologies or compensation for the bad service..I'm gonna be a fully converted Dominoes pizza eater now!!

β β β β β I've definitely got nothing to complain about as our order yesterday for 5 pizzas and 2 sides were all ready to pickup in ~20 min. It was kind of hard to notice from the street given it's in a little row of shops, but found parking in front. Inside had maybe 4 high stop counter seats for eating in as well as a 2 person bench for waiting.

β β β β β Why do I waste my time filling out the survey, when the coupon code for a free personal pizza NEVER WORKS?? This is the 3rd time it pops up as "invalid code", when I have a screenshot to prove that I got the code from the Pizza Hut website. Last time I had to jump through 3 hoops, calling corporate first, then two separate calls to my local PH until I finally got ahold of the manager, who couldn't figure out how to enter the code. In the end, he said, "Ahh just come in and we'll give it to you for free." I shouldn't have to put in all this extra work!!!! The code should WORK the first time. Seems like Pizza Hut is being a cheapskate, blaming it on a "system error" when indeed they just want feedback without returning the favor they promised.

β β β β β I order a small pizza,a large fries and a coke. What they did was poured a small amount of fries ON THE PIZZA! WHO DOES THAT? Are they so cheap and not willing to give me the fries small box? When I open the pizza in front of them with unhappy face, they decided to give me another half filled fries WITH THE BOX.
Pizza taste okay though. Its just the customer service is not good.

β β β β β would have otherwise given 5 stars as this is probably the best store on the shore, however my recent visit i was served a half cooked pizza. the dough was raw; not soft and moist as it normally should be, but goopy like when you mix flour and water together. i thought it was mayo or some other sauce because the consistency was just like that. after i found out, i went in the store to complain and the staff touched my pizza crust with their bare hands and were like βitβs meant to be like this because only the top gets cooked in the ovenβ, i say that itβs unacceptable to be served raw pizza dough and he says βyouβre the first and only customer to complain about thisβ. i contacted pizza hut to file a complaint but still havenβt heard back from them. my health and i would like our $5 back please. (itβs the cheesy garlic tear and share btw, DONT get it! a cheesy garlic pizza is better)
