★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know who was rostered on 11/11/2021 around 4:30PM - but I arrived to pick up an online order and was made to wait outside in the scotching hot sun for a good 15-20 minutes (though my order was ready to be picked up), while the staff served a customer inside (who seemed to have take ages deciding what they want).
The fact that the staff saw us wait outside and didn’t think to check if we can be helped more quickly - really disappointed. The pizza was cold by the time the rest of the customers can go in to collect our order and there was no apology for making us, the rest of the customers wait. Will not coming back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excited to try Greek Style Chicken with Minted Sauce, but they forgot the sauce topping (see pic). Italian Lovers Pizza, they also forgot to add garlic sprinkles. Still edible but when a pizza has all the toppings that its supposed to, its tastier. Nice crispy tenders though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are really friendly and their supervisor was on point during busy times interacting with customers and apologizing for any delays. Pizzas are great too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent store location with a lot of parking but not many staff rostered on, usually 1 or 2 and a delivery driver which orders can take longer than expected. However, Afternoon staff have good attitude and work fast.
