★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How would you feel about paying $500/hour for a labourer and his apprentice? That’s what happened to us…
Quoted $1500 + gst to plaster 3 areas, it took two guys, one of which appeared to be “the boy”, a total of 2-3 hours. The workmanship was not even average, with bulging plaster creating shadow on the existing wall. I was going to do it myself, but thought it might be “specialised” work… Yeah, nah…
The upside was that no one else responded to my enquiries for a plasterer. Crazy times we live in. Thanks, Sue.
