She make sure that the refinancing will be a stress free process for us and even it's lockdown we got the approval. Our situation is complicated, but she make the impossible possible. She was available throughout the day and night I had so many questions throughout the process and she was so helpful giving the best options and advise to make decisions and handling situations. She is an absolute gem and had the most helpful and awesome experienced. She was always responsive and kept us up to date throughout the process. You done so much for us Angela we cannot thank you enough. She is very generous too. Thank you for the gift box the kids love it and we enjoyed the goodies. We highly recommend Platinum Mortgages. My partner and I are both self-employed and for some reason we didn't fit in the strict categories the banks have in these hard times. When we first applied for a mortgage through another broker, we were left waiting for more than a month, without knowing what was wrong or what could be done. Once we contacted Angela, she knew all the answers to our problems IN A MATTER OF HOURS. HOURS!!! The house is now secured and we couldn't be happier :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used Angela's services twice in the space of 6 months. First was a refinance to streamline our situation at the time and most recently was to purchase a new family home. Both times Angela has achieved for us simply what we were told wasn't going to be possible at least for the foreseeable future. With the changes and uncertainty around lending which is effecting many buyers at the moment I cannot recommend Platinum Mortgages enough. Communication is key and most of the time you just want to know what is happening how it is happening and how long it will be, from phone calls on the weekend to after hours our queries were always answered. Aside from Angela's fantastic service and amazing results we as the client truly felt valued which is an extremely important thing. If your wanting help to move home or refinance your situation Platinum Mortgages are the company you need to talk too, because nothing is truly impossible.

We honestly wouldn't have been able to do this without you. Other mortgage brokers just couldn't be bothered to look at our unique situation. From the very first call I made to Angela, she has been a wealth of knowledge and support. She's calm and collected and lays out all your options while giving advice but is never pushy and allows time and space for you to make your own decisions and she respects them.
Angela constantly went above and beyond to offer support, advice and liason to coordinate real estate agents and lawyers etc.
I cannot count the number of extended phone calls I had with her when I said "oh just one more question" and she was all ears. This really makes the difference. Buying a home is so confusing but Angela slowed it down step by step and made it seem so much easier that it would otherwise have been.
I feel incredibly lucky that I stumbled upon Platinum Mortgages.

She has always looked after us so well, went extra mile in all situation following up and speeding up with Lawyers, Vendors and Real Estate Agent. Angela has excellent knowledge about financial markets and able to advise client what is better for them. She is licensed and if only i can rate her more then 5 stars i would do that. She is not like other brokers who has done the deal and washed her hands off, she always followed up on us to make sure we all good and everything is okay with us. Platinum mortgages has always put their client first. She surprised us with very nice home welcoming gift hamper. If you are looking for a financial advisor and mortgage broker you need to engage Platinum Mortgages to see the difference in services !! Highly recommend
