★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Safe and cozy. Walking tracks and clean kitchen and facilities. Cabins well looked after but you need to bring your own equipment. Sheets blankets etc.

Park contains camping ground, walking track, kids playground, rugby/cricket/soccer fields, basic tennis courts, and half of the golf course(other half is on the other side of a road).
A gravel track circles around the park(under trees), and can continue around the adjoining deer park(track has public access) Both tracks are excellent for walking or running.
Camping ground has cheap powered camp sites and basic cabins, with basic older kitchen, laundry and bathroom buildings. Many trees, quiet. Payments are made at Pleasant Point Dairy, and they supply keys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a hidden gem. Camping in a beautiful redwood forest next to sports fields and golf course. Bike/walk trails, dog (on a lead) friendly. Great value. Powered/ non-powered sites + cute little cabins. Free washing machine available & clean kitchen & bathroom facilities. Plenty of hot water...minutes from lovely little township which includes local pub/dairy/4Square/fuel. Classic train station/ museum. Well worth the stop over & on our list to return.
