Plumbing 24/7 Ltd. is run by Mark & Ernie Needham. Mark has been in the trade continuously since 1984. He is a fully licenced certifying plumber and drainlayer. He holds numerous trade awards and certificates and won the Norwood award for Most Diligent and Able Student in the trade of Plumbing & Gas fitting in 1987. Mark has spent all of his 30 years in the plumbing industry right here in the Wellington region.

Exorbitant charges, and when questioned gave a seperate itemised bill which was $10 lower than the previous one but still pretty high and unrealistic charges for parts. Then the owner called me and threatened to get the police involved on false charges. Luckily I had it all on record on video.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a really unpleasant experience using this company. Crazy charges for tools eg rubber gloves and trailer hire!!! We received a rather threatening letter about legal action when we delayed payment of the bill in order to get another opinion on the validity of the charges.
