How it began. It was one of those moments when a business idea became reality, and we took the leap.
Nick Paris has 15 years of senior marketing management roles with Marley NZ, Caroma NZ, & Tegel Foods, and is also a fully certified Plumber, Gasfitter & Drainlayer. Sarah Paris has extensive sales management role with one of NZ’s largest FMCG companies, and brings a disciplined and process driven skill to the team.
Our plan back then, and today is simple - be customer driven, be professional, and focus on same day service. From this simple beginning, we now have a team of plumbers, gasfitters, drainlayers, supporting electricians & builders who all do a fantastic job. Today, 98% of our business is repeat or word-of-mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got these guys to come around and change my fixed showerhead to a slide shower and increase the water pressure. They made the process simple and were very reasonably priced! Due to a miscommunication the water pressure wasn’t initially adjusted but after a phone call they promptly sorted it out for me! Very happy thank you to the plumbing world team for making our shower experience so much nicer!
