★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Stepped out to make a phone call, when I came back in they told me I have to leave. When I explained the situation and that my friends were still inside they kicked out our entire group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place. Extremely difficult to set and find songs. Their Karaoke software was super slow and not user friendly at all. The staff were rude and unwilling to help as well. I don't think this place will be open for long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been here 4 times during my time in Auckland. It is by far the BEST kareoke bar I've ever been to in Auckland! The atmosphere is nice and clean! Any issues you can call the staff and they'll help you out. It is the cheapest also in the cbd! I have not tried the food though. But if you're in for good singing, go to plush!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rung up and phone was answered by someone in Chinese and kept on speaking Chinese to me. I dont have an issue with that although it is very strange given it's a retail business in an English speaking country and there is absolutely no sign that this is only for Chinese people - so very confusing. Was told I had booked a room and yet nobody took my name or number? Then when friends and I arrived I was emphatically told that there was no booking under my name. I insisted on speaking to the manager who came out and then gave me the most expensive and largest room (despite the fact that the other rooms were empty). Drinks were ridiculous $80 for a bottle of crappy red wine. Food was bizarre - Chicken giblets and duck's feet etc. Customer service was completely bizarre and as though I was speaking to someone who was both stoned and disinterested. Would I go there again? Not if someone offered to pay me a million dollars.
