★ ★ ★ ★ ★ obviously 1 star is a star to far with this outfit I tried to buy 8 sheets of ply wood .... on thursday the 8th november Tui who i spoke to said that he could have it delivered the following day for no extra fee . i called him on the monday afternoon he said he had lost the piece of paper that had the dimensions for one of my cuts and promised it would arrive the following day being Tuesday my job feel through and i lost my customer on the Thursday ..... this is where things got interesting I called him and he said there was no problem getting a refund friday the 16 nov I send him my account number after this every day there was a new excuse .... on Tuesday the 27th nov he even had me come in saying it would be easier to do a refund in store ...... i went in and it was a complete waste of my afternoon he said there was a problem with his system or something and that he would personally make sure the account was paid that night wed obviously still no money in my account .... by this time i've actually lost count of how many times ive heard this ....... its now the 1st december no ply no money just a bunch of empty promises and a not so marry christmas . be vary careful in your dealing with this company!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Writing this alongside my hubby Treyton we are both disguisted with the service at Plyman. Weve had such a bad experience the last two times weve called and been in. No one has any knowledge of the Timber there why sell it for if you dont know what it is. The tall Asian lady is rude and if shes the owner lady your companys in a sad state!!!! Dissapointing in every way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been using this place for seven years, have found the last 2 years that they are unable to cut my product to the right size, often get grain running the wrong way and dont seem to have any consistency in thickness of board. Wont be using them any more as was told the s.all amount of ply I buy is of no consequence to them. Over thiscompany

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, well no service at all, been waiting on a quote from these guys for three weeks, called them they said just send through an email, sent email, called them a week later to ask if they got it, they said they missed it but found my email and would get right onto it, emailed them again to ask where my quote was and still no response a week later, seems they uninterested in doing business.
