β β β β β It's very attractive costal walk way which comprises with a 5km shell covered pavement with 3km colonnaded farm trees as well as a beautiful ocean and harbor views and vast green field along the path. Moreover, many connected hidden creeks are a bonus. I think the value of this gem has not yet been identified by many aucklanders.

Lovely beach spots and well kept walking paths
Parking spots available and public toilets along the way
We saw a mixture of walkers ,runners, extended Whanau out and about with and without dogs.

β β β β β This is a really lovely walk, plenty of room for bikes and scooters, and a nice surface. You can easily get parking at Pt England. Be aware the wind is often colder down there by the river ( we wished we had brought more clothing). There are toilets and a water fountain in the park at Panmure Bridge - and a great playground.

β β β β β Beautiful inner city walk between the ocean and a bird sanctuary. Can carry on around to Glendowie, or else there are many other exits along the way so the length can suit everyone. Lots of picnic tables along the way too, plus BBQs at Pt England beach.

β β β β β Great place to go for a walk with the family or exercise with an amazing view. Fantastic playground and exercise area near the beach and walkway in very good shape to run or cycle. Very nice dog walk and lovely to walk around the Island Child Therapy Ponies.
