β β β β β Great service in the beginning but once I returned first thing in the morning to load 14 H5 3m poles, I was told to wait around while a 20t digger got loaded and that another worker was busy with another task which didn't look urgent at all. I understand it was unforeseeable but being bluntly told to wait when I kindly expressed I'm an engineer and project manager and I have people depending on my prompt attendance at site I was told with an air of contempt "You're gonna have to wait". No regret for making a client late, wait or stand around. No apologies. Come on guys you're not robots and a business is more than just a transaction. I think Pole Specialists needs to send the old fellow at the counter with short white hair on a vacation or customer training course to get some R&R or learn the need to do better, respectively. You guys are better than this.
