He was attentive to my needs and gave great advice to help me find an exceptionally stunning diamond at a reasonable price. The ring they customised is beautiful and comfortable to wear. I’m more than happy with the end product.
I would highly recommend Polished Diamonds!

His patience and ability to take the customer on the journey and share his knowledge in a way that we could understand was amazing. We came to Polished Diamonds after a terrible experience with a big jeweler here in NZ and Nick turned our not so great experience into a really positive one! We will go back to Polished Diamonds in the future.

I was merely passing and fell in love with the uniqueness of his “martini diamond studs”. I returned several months later to purchase these for a special anniversary. Nick kept me up to date with the process of having the diamond studs made by email. I am 100% thrilled with my purchase they are divine and I would highly recommend visiting Nick at Polished Diamonds for personal service and stunning diamond jewellery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polished Diamonds caught my attention due to the modern appealing styles of engagement rings I saw they had designed.
I visited the Christchurch store in New Regent St & found the staff very welcoming, keen to assist and pressure free. The most important thing was that after settling on a design the ring arrived on time and was absolutely stunning, I was very impressed and my fiancé was overwhelmed with delight. The quality of manufacture was perfect. Could not be happier and every time I look at it I am just so wowed at how stunning it looks. From start to finish Dan went above & beyond exceeding my expectation from initial design concepts to a last minute resize.
I could not recommend and praise polished diamonds enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend Polished Diamonds enough! I inherited my grandmother's engagement ring and always planned to have it incorporated into my own one day. When the time finally came we didn't have a great experience with a different jeweller so it was back to the drawing board.
Further research had me find PD, and after a phone call with Nick I knew my ring would be in good hands. Nick was so kind, answered my many questions and offered for us to come in to the sutdio whenever we wanted to start the design process.
We then worked with Briana, and she exceeded our expectations. I was blown away with how she was able to take the design I had in my head and present it to us via the CAD design, down to every little detail.
Briana was incredible to deal with, always keeping in touch with updates, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The process from meeting to CAD design to being presented the ring was super quick too, taking around six weeks.
My ring is more beautiful than I could have hoped for, the quality is exceptional, and they took such good care of our family heirloom as they incorporated it into the finished product.
If you are looking to have jewellery made then look no further! They are incredibly professional, yet provide the personal touch and put you at ease.
Thank you Briana and Nick for taking such care in designing and producing our ring, I am so grateful.
