Especially the islander on the gate..The ports of Auckland are the leaders and face of the sea freight logistics. I believe they need to work on there interpersonal skills and customer service, I felt like they treated me like a crook or criminal when I visited..Learn better customer service and treat people how you'd like to be treated. Smile and welcome your visitors, show that you enjoy your job and want to be there..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a good place to be when you don't have your ports card. Even though I've been around here delivering & picking up containers for over 30yrs, I'm not allowed in the gate without my ports card. So I don't recommend this place to anyone. Very insecure people.
