β β β β β It's funny how people say good things about this company. If you look at it closely everyone wrote a review at the same time.I think they are being forced to write a good review. Management is abusive based on my experience and the people I know. You will never win with management even if your right. My overall experience is 1/10. It's just my opinion. Read dazz14gooner's review. For me that is 100% accurate.

If you just come into work and put your head down, you will honestly be rewarded in so many ways!! Paul and the management work real closely with the agents to really bring out your full potential.. If your wanting a fun environment, with ALOT of incentives. PML is where itβs at !

β β β β β I personally can't speak highly enough of my experience at PML. My experiences with PML involved coming in for a 'summer job' working in the sports department on my Otago University break. Here, the environment experienced within PML is somewhere I would highly recommend. Paul and Felicity are both very nice people who prioritise the welfare of each individual staff member, through regular progress checks and incentives if you reach realistic targets in a fixed period of time. The overall culture was very appealing as there is a sense of unity within the business, with various ethnicities combining to form an overall welcoming environment. The summer intern ended due to university break but the skills, values and lessons I learnt at PML will be very useful in years to come.

β β β β β pml is fun place to work, lot of positive energy, good people, good vibes. Management is really helpful be it my team leader or be it director. Itβs really been a fun journey for me. I would really recommend pml for those who are looking to make their career in sales. In my opinion, 10/10.

β β β β β Myself and partner travelled from the UK and found work in Auckland with power marketing and I have to saw it was the best experience. The owner is very passionate about his business and loves and appreciates his staff.
He really gets to know you and takes care to make you feel welcome and part of the team. The team were great too and very diverse so met so many friends from so many places. We really loved it here and carry so many great memories thanks to this job β€β€
